I think we can all agree,

So here, "we listen and we don't judge" — about the highs, lows, and woah's of navigating infertility and motherhood in your forties.
We provide resources, support, unconventional strategies, and stories of hope so you don't feel so alone on this journey — especially as a melanated woman.

HI, I'M NATALIE ROWE
I've been exactly where you are
I'm Nat — fertility doula, educator, and someone who has lived the wait firsthand. I know what it's like to hear "I'm so sorry, you're not pregnant" more than once. To show up to baby showers, church, and family dinners carrying grief you can't explain. To hold onto hope in ways that maybe looked a little crazy from the outside.

I'm from New Orleans, and I bring all of that into this work — my faith, my humor, the specific and beautiful things I did while I was waiting.

Because feeling all of this doesn't mean your faith isn't strong enough. Grief and belief can coexist. And you don't have to sit with this alone.
